by electric transfer car frame, the electric motor, gear reducer,
wheel, electrical appliance box, lead-acid battery, shaft and
connecting shaft, handle box, alarm light, buffer device, pendant
control or wireless remote control and some other accessories and
so on.

Preparation: Move the materials from storage to processing zone by
crane.
CNC Cutting: Cutting the steel plate according the drawing
Welding: Precisely weld the cart body with mobile wilding machine
Polish: Check and polish the weld seam
Spraying: Spraying the primer and finish
Installation: Install the wheels and other components
Debugging: Debug the function and electrical part
Inspection: Inspect the car with no-load test and full-load test by
the third party

Large Capacity Transfer Car Transportation: With large capacity and
dimension, the transfer cart is delivery through flat rack.
Large Duty transfer car Transportation: With small table size, the
transfer car can be delivery into 20’ container.
Small Dimension Rail Cart: With small dimension, the two or more
rail carts can be put into a container.
Long Flat Bed Transfer Trolley Transportation:
With long flatbed and small width, the transfer trolley can be
